Dr. Joneal Kirby is the founding director of The Christian Counseling and Resource Center at White's Ferry Road Church of Christ. There she has an active counseling ministry. Dr. Kirby has a Ph.D. in marriage and family therapy and a Master's degree in Counseling and Education. She currently serves as director of the Marriage and Family Ministry at White's Ferry Road.  Prior to this position, she was a school teacher, guidance counselor and principal, serving in Christian schools for 17 years. She is also the author and coordinator of the women's ministry program, Heart to Home, which focuses on mentoring and relationship building, connecting mature  Christian women with the younger women in the church. She is a spokesperson and family counselor for the national program, The Motherhood Club. And Dr. Kirby has a regular featured program on 88.7, The Cross. Family 411 is aired daily at 7:20, 1:20 and 5:20. Its purpose is to provide information for building stronger families.

Dr. Kirby and her husband, Randy, have been married for over 31 years. They met while students at Harding University, a Christian college in Arkansas. They are parents to Katelyn, Josh and Jake and daughter-in- love, Jamie. Dr. Kirby's endeavors have centered first on her own family and then have been dedicated to helping families by sharing a message of hope and healing. She is thankful to be a woman saved by grace and amazed daily by God.
